Something’s fishy about the diction and grammar. Phishy, even. Its author would like me to visit that site and leave a bunch of personal and financial information behind. Overall, not very convincing (I’m not even a customer of Chase Bank), but I’ve gotten a new catchphrase out of it:

Obligatory to Fallow.
