The Second Foothill and Beach Cities Dinner Club Dinner

This event occurred way back in October, so, sorry, the leftovers are long gone.

Our theme was Spain. The usual rules applied (bring a dish, bring some wine). I’ve done my best to remember who brought what, but my memory is not as spry as I remember it used to be.

VM brought the charcuterie and the cheese (not pictured). Paired with Cava.

MM brought these clams and the bread with which to mop up the sauce. Paired with... a Spanish white called... ???

JS and DS brought the mushrooms and the asparagus. Paired with Rioja.

ET made the paella. Paired with ... ???.

The hosts made the poached pears. Paired with Moscatel.
